Children, Youth and Teen Programs provides part-day and full-day child care, and education for children six weeks through twelve years of age. Vacancies are filled by Resource and Referral from a waiting list which varies in length by age and program. Families have access to the following programs:

  • Full-time/Part-time childcare for ages 6 weeks to 12 years
  • Hourly Care
  • Family Child Care
  • School Age Care
  • Youth Activities Day Camps
  • Teen Center
  • Youth Activities Classes

 

Families must register their child or children and complete a Children, Youth and Teen Program membership before they can participate in programs. Registration for CYTP is a two step process. The first step is to register your child for a CYTP membership. Step two is to complete the additional forms (refer to chart) for the program you are enrolling in. To register your child, go to the Resource and Referral Office.

Resource and Referral Office

Resource and Referral (R&R) serves as a one stop shop for meeting childcare needs. Resource and Referral provides childcare information, referrals and assistance in locating appropriate, affordable and accessible childcare and recreational programs in the local area, both on and off base. Contact us for program information and registration. The Resource & Referral Office is located in Bldg 5082.

Annual Events

Children, Youth and Teen Programs celebrates the seasons by offering free, quarterly events for families. Each event features interactive games, giveaways and fun. Depending on where the calendar falls, there may also be costumed characters, rides and contests to partake in.

 

14 April – Spring Fair (Celebrate the coming of Spring and Earth Day.)

14 July – Summer Splashdown (Cool down with water activities!)

5 October – Harvest Festival (Get a jump on All Hallows Eve.)

8 December – Santa’s Village (Free photos with Santa and more!)
