Semper Fit Centers -- K-Bay

The "Ultimate Health & Fitness Club" is committed to promoting wellness and fitness for Marines, Sailors and authorized patrons. A full-serivce center, Semper Fit offers a wealth of cardiovascular equipment, selectorized machines and free weights. A diversity of aerobic classes are offered each day covering a wide range of skill levels. The facility also houses a basketball court, racquetball courts and locker rooms with saunas.

Semper Fit Center -- Camp H.M. Smith

The Center offers a wide range of exercise options including cardiovascular and weight rooms, sauna and shower facilities. Included in the program are racquetball and tennis courts and lap swim at the Main Pool open Monday-Friday, 1100-1400.
