Marine Corps Base Hawaii features two full-service libraries that are fully automated and are on-line with all other USMC libraries. The libraries include Internet access and word processing computers, as well as a large collection of professional military education books, and a wide range of fiction/non-fiction books including bestsellers, Hawaiiana and books for children of all ages.

Now more than ever, the Base Library makes it easy for you to check out books and return them with the installation of the new 24-hour outdoor book drop. Located curbside of the Kaneohe Bay Base Library, Bldg. 219, near the motorcycle parking, patrons may utilize the book drop allowing for convenient return transactions.

Additional Base Library resources and events include an Automated Book Catalog, CD Rom, Book Swap (bring a paperback, take a paperback), StoryTime and more.

If the MCBH Library does not own the title you need, but one of the other libraries does, the library staff will be happy to request the book for you via Inter-Library Loan.
