New Changes to Reservation Policies
Effective March 8, 2010
per Base Order 1710.51A

Advance reservation timeframes have been revised for recreational stays at The Lodge, Cottages, Cabanas or Villas:

• 4 months for A/D stationed aboard
  Kbay or Camp Smith
• 3 months for A/D  MARINES stationed elsewhere2 months for other services
  A/D, Reservists, and retirees
• 1 month Active or Retired DOD/MCCS employees

Personnel on PCS or TAD orders are able to make reservations one year in advance of their arrival.

The Lodge at Kaneohe Bay

The Lodge boasts 74 spacious living areas, complete with separate telephone and
data port lines, interior connecting doors for large families and each unit is equipped
with kitchenettes, high-speed internet, and a keyless entrance system. We also offer 5 pet friendly rooms for those traveling with pets. For those patrons eager to appreciate the great tropical outdoors, The Lodge also is home to a courtyard featuring a gazebo for organized functions or for relaxation. A picnic and BBQ area invite guests to cook out and live Aloha. What comes in the room?

To convey some of the Aloha Spirit, continental breakfast is served daily in The Lodge's ceramic-tiled lobby from 0600-0900. We are pleased to offer an assorment of fresh pastries, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, hot coffee and juices. In addition, Monday through Friday an assortment of hot entrees is offered 0630-0830.

According to Lodge Manager, Mia Ng, a paramount benefit of staying at the site either during a vacation or as an interim resident is convenience. "Many of our guests are inbound military families seeking either on or off-base housing. The Lodge is close to many business and recreational amenities," said Ng. Strategically located just inside MCB Hawaii's gate, The Lodge resides in close proximity to the Marine Corps Exchange, the MCX Annex and is walking distance to the Marine Mart, Subway, the Enlisted Club, Base Pool, K-Bay Lanes and the Base Theater.

Beyond a transit stay-over, The Lodge is ideal for family members on vacation. Comparable to privately-owned and -operated hotels, The Lodge embodies upscale atmosphere and services without the upscale price tag. And we have 28 new rooms opening in Fall 2010.
