Moving is tough for everyone, so the Relocation Assistance Program (RAP) provides a support system for Marines, Sailors and their families when arriving and departing the current duty station.

Arrival services include: New Arrivals Orientation (NAO), Island Tour, Sponsorship Assistance, Lending Locker Services, and more.

Departure services include: PCS Move Workshop, SITES (world-wide directory for military installations), Lending Locker Services, DVDs/videos on all USMC installations, and more.

The Lending Locker

The Lending Locker Service is a no-cost program available to all service members (single or married) arriving to or departing from Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH). Its function is to help reduce some of the out-of-pocket expenses while relocating.

The lending Locker Service maintains an inventory of basic household items such as:

Hospitality kits containing dishes, pots, pans, flatware and kitchen essentials
19" TV/DVD combo (1 per family)
Small Appliances – coffee makers, toasters, microwaves, irons, ironing boards, and electric clocks
Limited Infant & Toddler Items – fold-away cribs with mattresses and highchairs.

To utilize the Lending Locker, please make an appointment (please bring a copy of your PCS orders stating assignment to MCBH or a command aboard MCBH).
