Career/Job/Resume
Counseling
TAP counselors assist service
members in all areas
of transition. One-on-one counseling,
instruction, and assistance
is available as needed. However,
one-on-one counseling does not
satisfy the requirement for pre-separation counseling or attendance at the TAP Workshop.
Resume Software allows for the preparation and laser-quality
print of resumes on resume paper. Computer-generated
resumes are high-quality,
professional documents ready
for individuals to submit. It
is strongly recommended that
members complete these job search documents
prior to leaving the military,
since resumes
prepared in the civilian community
can be extremely costly.
Resume
Workshop
For many job seekers, preparing
a resume is the first critical
step in the job search process.
Learn to prepare a resume that
will make a positive impression
on prospective employers. Issues
discussed include how to put
your education, experience,
and background together to make
the resume work for you.
Retired
Activities Program
Focusing
on the retirement community,
this program offers assistance and/or referrals to
retirees and serves as a focal
point for the group.
