The Teen Center

[ The Teen Centers at K-Bay and Manana offer outstanding club facilities and programs. Outstanding facilities, incredible programs, and energetic staff make the Boys and Girls Clubs (Teen Centers) located at K-Bay and at the Manana Housing Center the place to be for base youth ages 10-17. ]

Both facilities are chartered Boys and Girls Clubs and offer national programs such as Power Hour, a monitored homework completion program, Triple Play, a supervised outdoor sports program, Youth of the Year, Keystone and Torch Clubs, and other character building programs. See PDF.

K-Bay Boys and Girls Club (The Teen Center)

Youth ages 10-17 are invited to visit our Boys and Girls Club (The Teen Center) located in Building 6753 (on Lawrence St.). Hours of operation are temporarily changed until May 19th to after school until 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Monthly and weekly schedules will be posted and highlight regular happenings and upcoming special events. An emphasis is placed on providing Boys and Girls Club of America youth development programs, therefore our program schedule will emphasize such offerings. Power Hour, a monitored after school homework program, is held daily. Triple Play, a structured outdoor sports program, is offered one half hour each day.

We also offer a walk over program where our staff will escort any youth from Mokapu Elementary to the Teen Center after school. Please check at Mokapu Elementary to sign the necessary waiver.

The K-Bay Teen Center is a 3500 square foot facility that offers ping-pong, air hockey, foosball, darts, pool, and supervised internet access. We also offer a variety of outings (Ice Palace, Wet 'N Wild Water Park, Kaneohe Sandbar), dances, special events, and other social and recreational activities. We also have the latest video games including a Wii, Playstation 3, Xboxes, and more. The only fee for visiting our Teen Center is 
the $15.00 annual CYTP membership.
