Participating in the Public Partners Program

The Public Partners Program (PPP) is a program that allows civilians (non-DoD card holders) to access certain facilities aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH).

The PPP is open to all U.S. citizens who are at least 18 years old. To apply for the PPP, you must complete an application and provide proof of citizenship, residency, and insurance. Once your application is approved, you will be issued a PPP pass that will allow you to access the following facilities:

  • K-Bay Lanes
  • Kaneohe Klipper Golf Course

Please note that the PPP pass does not grant you access to any other facilities on MCBH, such as the beach, marina, commissary, or exchange. If you are found in any of these areas without a valid DoD card, you will be denied access and your PPP pass will be revoked.

For more information about the PPP, please visit the MCCS Hawaii website or call the Klipper Pro Shop at (808) 257-6337.

Here are the steps on how to apply for the PPP:

  1. Download and complete the PPP application form.

The PPP pass is valid for one year from the date of issue. To renew your pass, you must submit a new application and pay the $10 processing fee.

The PPP is a great way for civilians to enjoy the many amenities that Marine Corps Base Hawaii has to offer. So if you are a U.S. citizen who is at least 18 years old, I encourage you to apply for the PPP today.
