They can negatively affect the efficient functioning and morale of Marine Corps units, individuals, families, and communities. The Basic Anger Management workshop discusses the common characteristics and perception of anger identifies personal warning signs of danger and identifies practical strategies for anger management and resources available within the community. It provides education on the dynamics of anger and offers a variety of acceptable coping strategies to handle emotions and behaviors.

A Family Care Plan is essential to military readiness as it provides care for those who depend on their Marine. This class explains the significance of a Family Care Plan, why it's essential to update it, what items should be included, and what resources are available to assist in preparing a plan.
