SkillBridge is a program designed to help transitioning service members from the United States Marine Corps (USMC) gain valuable civilian work experience and training during their final 180 days of military service. The program is aimed at helping service members acquire new skills, network with potential employers, and ultimately find employment after their military service ends.

The program offers a range of training opportunities, including internships, apprenticeships, on-the-job training, and classroom instruction. Participants in the program can work with various private sector and government organizations to gain valuable work experience in fields ranging from information technology and logistics to healthcare and engineering.

Overall, the SkillBridge provides transitioning service members a valuable opportunity to develop skills and experience to help them successfully transition from military to civilian life.
